Our Mission is Simple

Amanda moved to North Carolina in 2004 from Minnesota. She grew up around boats and fell in love with the water. Jeff was born and raised in Alamance, North Carolina. He joined the Marines and was stationed at Cherry Point in Havelock. In 2020 Amanda and Jeff moved to Newport and found a local coffee shop that had just opened, Stable Grounds Coffee. They quickly grew a connection with the shop, admiring the cozy atmosphere, delicious coffee, and savory food. In 2023 word spread that Stable Grounds Coffee was up for sale. Knowing how much the community cherished the coffee shop, they jumped at the opportunity to keep it growing and thriving. Today Amanda and Jeff continue to find ways to offer an exceptional experience for their customers.
